I found this restaurant to be absolutely wonderful. I discovered this hidden gem while near downtown, located on the 2nd floor. Despite the long line during the busy lunch rush, the staff, although apologizing for the delay, efficiently prepared this incredible food.
I tried the Ruck Tofu dish with teriyaki sauce, plantains, and steamed vegetables. It was absolutely delicious. The price was a bit high considering the portion size, but it was definitely worth it. In addition to this dish, they also offer a vegan curry and all sides, except for the mac and cheese, are vegan-friendly.
Highly recommend this restaurant. I give it a 10/10 for speed, service, selection, price, and taste. I was blown away when I stopped in while exploring Portland and ordered the oxtail combo plate. It was perfection that I haven't experienced since my trip to Jamaica last year, and the staff were very kind. Will I be making another trip from Massachusetts to visit again? Absolutely.
