The Porthole Pub - Portland

The Porthole was very gluten free friendly. There were options on the menu and staff were very aware of celiac issues. My wife and I enjoyed eating here. The seafood was very fresh.

Stopped by here with my wife on our honeymoon. Met up with a friend who lives in Portland and recommended this place. Now we know why. I got a lobster roll and it was buttery and delicious. Roll was fresh. My wife got the fish tacos and she thoroughly enjoyed them as well. I also got a local pumpkin beer with cinnamon sugar on the rim of the glass. It was perfect.

The place is nice and clean. The service is fast and staff are courteous. The foods taste really good. It is surely a place to go if you are in downtown Portland,Maine. It is worth a visit and try their food. I recommend this place.
