Tacoroos - Porters Neck

Soo definitely no tacos here but it's all good because the food we did order was great and fresh!!! I rather go here then the one down the road. Bring back the chicken tacos please. ?

NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! Will drive further down the road to go to the original Cook Out...overpriced food, bad fries and customer service!!! CANNOT understand HOW they're still in business!!! ?

Almost every time I come to cookout I get a milkshake and 2 orders of white cheddar bites. Tonight I got a tray and asked for my 2 sides to be cheddar bites. I only got one, they said it just looked like 1 order, but was 2. It was definitely 1 order. And they got my friends milkshake wrong, she ordered strawberry, they gave her vanilla.

I went here at 9:50 AM and tried to go through the drive through because it says you guys are open at 8AM. But as soon as I pulled up there was a light skin girl with a black jacket and jeans and she had a broom in her hand outside doing something. she looked right at me and went back in the building and stopped what she was doing so I wouldn’t approach her when I pulled up to the drive through and she straight up ignored me and watched me sit there in the drive-through. she did not tell me if you guys were open or not she just let me sit in the drive-through for almost 10 minutes and didn’t say a word or approach me or help me. Instead she went in the building and hid and watched me sit there. I’m not sure of her name but it’s probably who was opening the restaurant on 01/28 and I do know if that’s what she’s doing to customers she doesn’t deserve that job.Because this makes me never want to spend my money here again.

They automatically upcharge you to a large drink or fry without asking you what size you'd prefer. This has happened more than once.
