The Bridge Tender - Porters Neck

This was my family's 3rd time eating at the Bridge Tender, all during this year. Our first 2 visits were great but this latest visit was a little disappointing for the . Positives...good drinks, salads and side items on entrees were delicious and our waiter, Phil was great. Constructive...calamari had no flavor and was mostly crunchy batter, the swordfish special was small, thin and dry. BTW, the swordfish special was 47 each and we ordered 2. : We also waited what felt like a long time for our entrees.

We had dinner reservations for 6:15. We arrived at 6:10 and were sat. We waited 10 minutes for someone to come and take our drink order and then another 10 minutes to receive our drinks. The food was horrible, as well as our service. I ordered the filet and had a hair cooked in it. I asked to speak to the manager and he said they would have to make me another one and it would take a while. No apology or anything. And our waitress sucked, she said she had only been there about 4 months. She still needed to be in training. This place has gone downhill tremendously, I see they were the owners of Hops Supply that closed as well. This is will be the next one to close. Do not waste your money!

Excellent service and good food, nice atmosphere and location. The tenderloin was excellent, I just wished the asparagus were more tender. Also, a wine list instead of a QR code would have been nice

We love this place! It's our go-to for great seafood in Wilmington. My favorite is the scallops, and my husband loves the swordfish and mahi. It's wonderful service and a great atmosphere for inside and outside seating.

Was a great meal. Will defintely dine again at The Bridge Tender again. Would love to see updated stem ware.
