Via Gelato - Portage

Absolutely delicious! I might have overlooked this spot if it weren't for Google showing it while searching for desserts, but I'm so glad I discovered it! The dishes and drinks are just as fantastic as their gelato, and the authentic pearl sugar Belgian waffles left me truly impressed and excited! I wish they would partner with GrubHub or something similar, but I guess that means I’ll have to come here more often myself, haha! I took the cookies and cream gelato to go with my waffle, and I absolutely loved it! Your mango yogurt smoothie and Mediterranean Piadina were also incredibly tasty and perfect for a quick lunch!

This is the best ice cream (or gelato) in town, and probably in all of Michigan! It's bursting with flavor, incredibly creamy, and offers a great variety of options. My personal favorite is hazelnut, but I also really enjoy the lemon biscotti, chocolate, and lemon basil flavors. My family loves the peanut butter, mocha, and strawberry cheesecake options as well. The macaroons are absolutely stunning, perfectly baked to perfection.

The gelato wafer is to die for! If I had to choose one last dessert before I go, it would definitely be this. It's absolutely delicious. The cannolis and macarons are also fantastic!

Very delicious ice cups. They have many tastes of vegan ice cream (no milk ice cream). Double chocolate and pistachios were my best. There is coffee and free water.

They are closed for the season but still made cannolis for us to take to our Thanksgiving!! She even gave us the option to assemble them the day we needed them do they didn't get soggy!!
