Where I first start an online order at 7:28, it said my order is ready at 8:01. When I checked in after 8:10, I was told that it will be another 20 minutes to make my order ready. came back at 8:30 and had to wait 15 minutes for the rest of my order the fried pickles. When I waited, there were over 10 tables that were not clean (from the view at the door). There was hardly anyone at the tables Food and Guest who was shown to wait for 30 minutes to sit. Also those who are going to order were told that they wait over 30 minutes for their order. While I wanted to go from the beginning to the end over an hour and 15 minutes. Not to mention when I finally got my order, I checked if I had everything I did. After I had come home and opened my fried pickles, the last job I had to wait to finish was very over chef. It's like someone takes the pickles to the microwave for an hour. Dried, burned and unreliable, with no favor except disappointment for the long wait and terrible service brought by this restaurant management team and owner so that this can continue to happen. I don't know who failed, the hostess who refused to sit someone, the bus boys who didn't clean up the tables, the chefs who clearly don't know how to cook, I won't trust them to cook a frozen pizza, the management or all above. According to the number of complaints received by this restaurant, one thing is clear; it is that the management team will issue an apology quickly. But they did not trade to fix the number of problems that have been raised in recent months. As a person who grew up and continues to live in portage. I was once excited to see this restaurant open. Now I am more than happy to count the days, and will be more than happy to see the doors nearby for good in this restaurant. It failed the chain, the city portage, its crew and customers. And it clearly shows that this management and crew have no prime! Update: The manager in service, helped by the refund of fried pickles, without repulsion.
These girls who work here are amazing!!! We were never there, but my son wanted wings. My Nana's 21st birthday. Your servers killed it!
I constantly come here and this time the service was terrible, the host had a terrible attitude and the server was not at all attentive, we waited for a second drink almost 30 minutes, she checked us once after our appetizer came and never came back to ask if we needed a refill or nothing. I take this seriously because I've been a server with fantastic service for over 10 years when I was a server they gave me 5 table sections because I was able to multitask so well. I won't come back, the host was Taylor and Taresa was my waiter. Tara I still tipped you because I was a server and I know how important tips are, but you didn't deserve it at all?. Respectfully a Mater server!!!!
When we were finally seated it took about 10 to 15 minutes for us to be given our drinks and over an hour to get our food. The waitress had to ask multiple times about what salads we ordered which were just garden salads. My drink refill tasted like bleach and I could not get the young lady's attention to take it back. We were also celebrating a birthday in our group and the lady told us everyone was too busy to bother...but she had time to be on her phone. This was my first time in a hooters and my last.
