The girl working the counter was very rude. Didn't greet customers. No smile. I didn't get the drink I ordered because she is too busy distracted with ear buds in. When I asked about my drink she snatched up the drink and threw it out. She said I didn't heat the rest of your order

Great CoffeeVanilla Latte with oat milk and honeyCashier was very inpatient and boarding rude, with a T-shirt that was longer then the shorts I hope she had on. I understand times are difficult and staffing is short. Just try to be a little kinder and have some patience for people that are willing to spend over $7 for coffee!

Workers are usually kind, the drinks are super good, and the prices are fair.

I have been to Gloria Jeans before, and usually the service isn’t too bad, however as of recently I had one of the worst encounters I have ever had in customer service. The short girl with reddish hair was very rude and lacked everything that a person in customer service should have. She didn’t smile, she didn’t acknowledge me when I said thank you, and she seemed unhappy to be there; her attitude made me never want to come back. After reading many reviews, it seems like this specific employee should reconsider her actions.

The drink I got, the sleigh ride chiller, was decent but not as good as I remember. However, my review regarding the female employee that was working this morning, provided the worst customer service I 've ever experienced. So unfriendly, no smile, just a quick mhm as she walked away when I said thank you for my drink at the end. I put my debit card in the machine too early, and she just ripped it outta the machine and said nothing, but looked unbelievably irritated with me. Customer service is NOT the job for this young girl.
