Arby's - Portage

Had the philly steak sub. one of the better ones I had. the opposite brought it to my table. give it an attempt and then they will be able to judge it for themselves.

My wife went to lunch, and her bun was raw in the middle. I called there and spoke to the manager zachary and he told me that she could come, either today (what was yesterday) or tomorrow (what is today) for a full refund and a few free meal vouchers. my wife went in today and zachary wasn't there, but the manager was bre and she was totally rude and pretended that she could carelessly serve my wife raw huhn. they only reimbursed the order not to make any good or anything they do for their raw food. we never come back to this place because of the bre. worst manager, with whom we've ever been engaged by an arby's, and we're going to the whole country.

The first time here in the city to visit with parents. I found the load to be clean and welcoming, that I really have a lot of store in with food stores. the workers were polite and helpful. I'll be back when I get back.

To do a lot tonight, drive out. I went in when I had an appointment. here's what I heard, I'm sorry that the waiting time was given to customers. then I heard what I think to be a manager or say to his crew, their youngs do great, great team. so they run a business and grow a team. no negativeity push on us will drill through this together!

Drove 5 miles to get here. No problem. The restaurant is all lit up. Its 11:02pm.. google app has it closing at 12pm. Wow!!!! What a rude. Pock marked insult I was treated to. Extremely rude little punk. Must be mad for working the 4th weekend. Told me i was idiot for not checking hours on doors. Despite google having them listed as open. I recorded incident. I mildly took abuse, and drove away... need to eat healthier anyhow. I will be sharing video on social media. It includes screen shot of it saying restaurant will be open til 12pm. It took 30 mins of talking my husband out of going down there due to idiot remark to me. There is no exception for this. And i am not interested in anything. Just want to show how it goes for minorities in s.Portage
