Wendy's - Port St. Lucie

T-mobile Tuesdays and wendy’s had cheeseburger promo to buy a get one. So my daughter and I wanted to share 2 burgers with a hairdresser and a koks. -the young gentleman in register was great, with, unfortunately, staff do not work with the employees to expand the know how to get with the customers who arrive with the Wendy app and can help with the application. fortunately, the manager was in the position to make the key card and to use the rule and the 2nd burger that could not be used by the application. 10/10 for the service I received. 8/10 for the big pommes that came up in the pocket. 7/10 for my burger 7/10 for the 2nd burger (daughter rating) 10/10 of the coke selector cherry vanilla coke

Lobby completely renovated and very nice, open concept and clean. however, they removed all electrical plugs to plug in laptops/telephones. not sure why they did this, now I'm less inclined to go there. love her chili and hairy!

The staff was friendly, but the service was terrible and our meal was disappointing. The sandwich we ordered was not even filling and lacked ingredients. We asked for no cheese, but the sandwich was still too simple. The rewards system was not working with their new system and it took a long time to receive our food. Many drinks were not available. The girl taking our order was new and had to wait a long time for assistance, resulting in a poor dining experience.

The Wendy's experience was disappointing. The food was cold and tasted bad. The staff seemed more interested in goofing off than serving customers. I was told they only accepted cash because their card reader was down. When I accidentally dropped my change on the floor, they refused to refund me without a manager's approval.

The drive-thru service was quite slow, and my sandwich was not made correctly. The sauces for the nuggets were wrong, and my other order was also incorrect. However, at least the frosty machine was working well. Despite the service issues, we decided to give the restaurant another try and were pleased to see that the quality was consistent.
