Subway - Port St. Lucie

I wouldn’t normally complain, but this time I felt I had to. I ordered an American club sandwich, which is supposed to include ham, turkey, cheese, and bacon. Instead, I received just a thin slice of deli ham and a small piece of turkey—that was it! I also ordered two cookies but only got one. Unfortunately, I didn’t check my order until I was on the turnpike heading north, so I take responsibility for that. I ordered online and didn’t monitor the preparation. To top it off, three employees were just sitting around doing nothing while I was waiting for my lunch.

I ordered a 12-inch sub through the app, picked it up, and when I got home and opened it, I found it was only 6 inches long. How does this happen? It's disappointing!

I checked online and at the door, and it stated that the restaurant opens at 7 AM. I arrived at 7:15 PM, but the woman working there told me they weren't open. I wanted to ask when they would be opening, and she responded that it would be about half an hour, which would make it 7:45 PM. That didn’t really make sense to me. It felt like she was more interested in chatting with her friend than actually doing her job.
