Harold Seltzer's Steakhouse

We have been going to this restaurant for over 20 years. It has always been one of our favorites. Tonight, the food was tasteless. We ordered 3 prime rib dinners. Two were the 1/2 lb and 1 was the 1 lb. The 1/2 lb ribs were about 1/4 the size of the 1 lb. No flavor and neither were cooked as requested. The med rare was raw and the med well was well. I had an email for my birthday that entitled me to a bottle of house wine. They were out of any type of blush wine. They had no italian dressing for the salad. The kitchen staff was constantly yelling and arguing which was very disturbing. We ask to speak to a manager to express our disappointment. The manager did not show any concern at all. We will not be returning to this restaurant. It also seems as though we are not the only ones as the place was almost empty. Very sad! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We had a wonderful dinner, coconut shrimp, ribeye, babyback ribs, everything was great, Jason was a great waiter, very reasonable! We were served by Dylan and he truly enhanced our dining experience. It was one of the best we've had in a while and we will definitely return. We dined for dinner and spent over $100 per person. The food was rated 4 out of 5, service was exceptional with a rating of 5, and the atmosphere was a 4.

I went for the prime rib and was extremely disappointed! The manager came to our table and we expressed our dissatisfaction. He apologized and said he would try a piece in the kitchen.
