Contribuiți la feedbackOur group had organized a pub night fundraiser at Brew Street. Less than 24 hours before our event, they informed us via text message at 10 p.m. that they were changing our location to a less convenient and out-of-the-way venue due to low pre-sold ticket sales. This change was made without prior notice of any minimum ticket sales requirement. We had already promoted the event and had to cancel it. The handling of the situation was unprofessional and poorly executed. I will not do business with this establishment again.
Due to the heavy rain, we decided to wait outside under cover in the hopes of grabbing a quick bite before heading to the breweries. After a few minutes, a kitchen staff member came out and informed us that they were not open and instructed us to come back in an hour. When we expressed our intention to wait, he insisted that we leave and return later. As he went back inside, we could hear him laughing. Realizing that something was amiss and that our chances of being served were slim, we decided to leave. Despite its prime location, the service at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. I can only hope that new owners will take over and transform it into a place worth visiting again.
We had a reservation for 9:30am at this restaurant, which was supposed to be when they opened. However, we waited until 10:15am and the doors were still locked. Despite our reservation, nobody allowed us to enter. The service, consistency, and quality of this restaurant have been declining for some time, but not opening the doors and still accepting reservations is completely unacceptable for any establishment.
Wasn't the greatest experience. Out for dinner with my daughter. We got seated right away, and after 20 mins of waiting for a server my daughter finally went up to ask for someone to come take our order. Drinks were fabulous but the food not so much. My stir fry portion was quite small, my daughter ordered beef dip. The au jus was extremely salty and hardly any beef in the sandwich. Likely wont return. To top it off they didn't credit me my Open Table points.
We had booked this place for a birthday party. The restaurant lost its liquor license and the doors were closed when all our guests arrived Needless to say that we will never be returning. Why on earth would open table take the rezzo if the place is closed??
