Carl's Jr. - Port Hueneme

Service was abysmal. The driver thru cashier was extremely rude! I apologized many times for forgetting to ask for no whip on my shake and her response was you should 've remembered to tell me , even tho I told her I that I didn 't mind if she just scrapedit off because I didn 't want her to make a new one. Well, apparently, that was too much to ask for, and apparently, asking for astraw for said shake was a crime. She also gave us only doubles when we asked for the triple burgers. When I pointed this out toher, I was told, That 's too bad, and the window was shut on me and never reopened. So, I ended up overpaying for something Inever got while getting attitude over the one thing that was semi right.

I give one extra star, because the girl in the drive thru was nice. However, I ordered 1 item. A double cheeseburger with no onion. I got a double cheeseburger with onion, and no receipt.

Usually i like Carl's Jr but I am sad to say this time it was not a good experience. The lettuce on the sandwich looked old and wilted, while the fried zucchini was super hot the onion rings were cold.

Very disappointed with this place. Very hot day I go through the drive thru and order a large glass of ice for my dog no water or drink just ice and a large soda for myself. Anyway they charged me for two drinks 7 bucks Hey I can understand if I got twodrinks. I declined the ice. I have no problem paying for the cup. But paying full price! Every single drive thru andconvenience store has given my dog a large glass for free this is the only time I was charged for a drink without the liquid.Guess they don't care much about animals.

Hours are wrong for the lobby printed on the door and reported by the store online 2 weeks ago. Doors locked at 9PM, staff was super rude about it, and blew me off when I complained in the drive through.
