Kfc - Port Hueneme

I typically would give this place a 5-star rating because the food is great, but this time I can only manage 4 stars. I ordered online for a later pickup, specifically a bucket of chicken strips, and decided to add some sauces for an extra cost of $1 (25 cents each for four sauces). Unfortunately, the lobby was closed, so I had to go through the drive-thru. When I got home, I realized there was no sauce included with my order. Not a single one! Perhaps I should have double-checked my order at the window, but I tend to assume that when you order online, the staff can read and prepare it correctly. Lesson learned: next time, I'll just buy my own sauces or maybe even try making my own chicken!

The management here is very friendly, and the chicken is delicious. I noticed that the servings here have more pieces of chicken compared to other KFC locations. The place is very clean, and the staff are really pleasant.
