Viet Pho Cafe - Port Douglas

This restaurant feels like stepping into Vietnam. I can't speak highly enough of it. The only difference is that they provide smaller amounts of fresh herbs with the dishes, possibly due to the cost of herbs in Queensland. In Vietnam, they give you a lot of herbs without hesitation. The pictured dish is the spicy pork beef pho.

This is the best Vietnamese food I have ever tried! The portions are generous and the prices are reasonable, especially for Port Douglas. The atmosphere may not be fancy, but the flavors are amazing and satisfying. I will definitely be returning!

This place is busy for a reason! Absolutely delicious, fresh and authentic Vietnamese. The crispy rolls were just amazing, the rice paper rolls scrumptious and the bun yummy. Be prepared for a wait- but it’s worth it!

Stumbled across this restaurant on Sunday night and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food. The service was prompt even though they were incredibly busy and the food was very tasty, we had the beef salad, chicken salad and beef with lemongrass and chilli, all amazing. Would return daily if this was located in my town.
