Mocka's Pies - Port Douglas

Still rates as one of the best pie makers in Australia. I give it a 9 out of 10. A visit to Port Douglas is not complete if you don't try a Mocka pie

I love the pies at Mockas at Port Douglas. Since I was last here the shop space has doubled and the service now is terrific. I've had 3 pies so far this trip, the pepper steak,the steak and mushy peas and the original steak. They were all hot and absolutely yummy. I suggest that you sit down and enjoy them on the plate out the front. Enjoy

If in port douglas and feel like a pie this is the place.have some really exotic pies and all taste great

Stopped in for a quick bite and coffee! Coffee was un-drinkably hot, but visit was more than worth it for the potato topped pie! Just sensational!!

If you love a great pie with real meat and good pastry - go to Mocka's. There is an enormous range of different pies - we went for two - Chunky Beef, and Kangaroo with bush spice - both were excellent, well cooked, tender and flavoursome. The Shop is just off the Main Street, and apparently been here a long time. There is both chairs and tables both inside and out on the pavement. A small selection of other offerings - both sweet and savoury are also available, but the main event are the pies. Prices are a reasonable $6 a pie. We'll be going back.
