McDonald's Restaurants - Port Coquitlam

Paid for a Big Mac got home no Big Mac no number to call as it just rings until it goes dead. I can’t understand how they can charge over 5$ and I get nothing costs me more than 5 in gas to go back it was on the screen funny enough I did not get a receipt so no proof someone cashed in or maybe got me to pay for their lunch while I go hungry

Will never eat here again NEVER EVER!!!! I got a 60.00 parking fine. I was wrong to park in the parking spot. But charge a customer 60.00 really? No warning!! Even dare to charge a customer 60.00. I will never go to the McDonalds again and my family friends and co workers I told also were shocked and upset. They too will not go there!!! Lesson learned I will not park there as I will NEVER eat there. I parked there for less than 10 minutes as I picked up two articles at Costco was going to come back put them in the car and eat at McDonalds. Saw the ticket and decided my value as a customer was not wanted over a 60.00 parking fine. I had worked at Oak Ridge and the manager of the mall taught me “never tow or fine a customer NEVER. Give parking warning notices yes and was done often. They were wise customers matter and you don’t want to lose customers. There are many other restaurants that will appreciate me and they will have my service. I had spend 100s of dollars at that McDonalds and they will lose many many more 100’s of dollars from me and others from this mistake. The day I parked at McDonalds there was many empty parking spots. So beware don’t park there you will be fined if you rush to Costco and plan to eat at McDonalds afterwards. They don’t appreciate their customers; if they did they would treat a customer better!!! Ken Hanson

The salads at this restaurant are delicious, especially the chicken salad. I was surprised to find options for people on a diet. The coffee is also pretty good.

I have to say I like their new poutine and Quarter Pounder BLT, almost reminds me of way back when they had the McDLT.... BRING BACK THE McDLT!!!!
