McDonald's - Port Charlotte

Wrong hours listed. It’s Saturday at 930, website , Google, and McDonalds app all show this store open until 11pm. The app let me place and pay for a pickup order and when I arrived the place was totally dark and shut down… at 930pm on a Saturday.

Lobby closed again after it being 4 weeks since the hurricane has happened. Reminds me of the time when they had it closed way after Covid settled.Drive thru only now, minimized to one lane, and cars wrapping around the building almost into the street.

Had to wait over 20 minutes in the drive thru service. Got the food wrong the first time they came out to the car. When I got home the Spicy Crispy Chicken sandwich was awful like chewing rubber.Tried to order a Chocolate Shake. Was told they could not make shakes tonight.They have gone down hill for some time now. I would not recommend this McDonalds to anyone. I used to be a regular customer to this McDonalds. Pitiful excuse for food and service.
