Mcdonald's - Poolesville

So sad when they serve lukewarm fries. I shouldn't have to check before I pull off. Gross and straight in the trash. Employees were very nice.Don't serve cool fries, ever!

Its your basic McDonalds. It was renovated a few years ago and now geared more towards drive trough and touch screen ordering. I personally love stopping by for my morning Iced Caramel Coffee. Its about $1 for a large cup as long as you order before 10:30am. Staff is always friendly and I look forward to my interactions with them in the mornings.

Every time I come to this store, it takes forever to get my meal. When I pull up to the window, they ask me to pull forward to the special orders parking spot. It appears there is a timer that the employees are expected to meet...but by making you pull forward they keep the timer from determining they're not meeting expectations on timeliness.

Never have shakes available. Been there on and off for over a month and every time I'm told they don't have them available. And even bother to put up signs for the shamrock shake but oh yeah we don't have any shakes tho.

The food is on par with mcdonalds, and the service is decent but on weekdays during the afternoon it gets flooded with highschoolers so if it takes a long time its not the servers fault.
