The Cliff - Poole

Beautiful setting overlooking the ocean. Food is good, service very good with friendly, accommodating staff.

My vegetarian bake was unusual and I appreciated having an original dish instead of the sad old 'favourites ' usually on a menu. Hans was our waiter communicative, polite but engaging and offered advice and options.

I made the reservation through Open Table and when we got to the Cliff restaurant I was told that they do not accept reservations! What’s up with Open Table? It was my wife’s 60th birthday and dining in Laguna and watching a Sunset is her favorite thing to do. I am so disappointed in Open Table. I feel like I have been scammed. Don’t they have an obligation to make reservations with venues that allow and offer reservations? We had to wait 2 hours for a table

The Cliff always delivers great food in a great atmosphere

Frequent visitors to the Cliff because the atmosphere is good, food choice is wide and a Specials menu keeps it interesting.
