Parkway Fish And Chip Shop - Poole

Ordered two portions of fish and chips for delivery. On arrival one portion of chips was missing and the breaded place arrived fried in batter, which my wife cannot eat, so her dinner was ruined. The food is not cheap and was supposed to be a treat as we are pensioners. Very disappointing.

We have visited weekly for best part of a year and are always pleased with our purchase of fish and chips. Good quality fish and the chips are just how we like them, thick and soft, gorgeous flavour

Always good food and friendly service. One of the few places locally that I know always serve cod roe.

Went to the chip shop as an little lunch time treat with my family and we ordered fishcakes and cheeseburger and obviously chips got them home and, fishcakes didn 't taste very nice, the burger had pink throughout, I phoned up and spoke to the chef who replied 'it 's gristle ' I beg to differ really! I told her I threw the burger in the bin as it put me off eating it and she said unless I bring it back I won 't get a refund and so I told her I wouldn 't be back a second time and her reply was 'ok that fine bye ' put the phone down on me......... shocked is an understatement, I 'm disgusted that people can be so rude after paying out over £15 on food that really isn 't worth it, if people want their shops to stay open they should be more mindful of how they speak to their customers, she 's very rude and not the most polite either when I asked how much something where as they never had a price next to them. Will definitely not be going back and won 't recommend this place go anyone!
