Biggie's Pizza Ponte Vedra

This is the second time I’ve walked in to pick up pizza and I get a clueless. Behind the counter. I ordered my pizza an hour in advance, and it wasn’t made when I walked in tonight. Instead of trying to make me happy and give me some slices at my premade. He began to tell me that they’re six dollars each etc. Just ridiculous I will never ever go back. Service: Take out

I placed an online order for a pick up for 7pm. Ordered meatball pizza salad and pesto cheese bread. Pizza was cold and had very little shriveled up dry meatball pieces here and there. Salad was ok the dressing was useless horrible. The pesto bread was also just ok. It was also like the pizza) lacking flavor no garlic no fresh herbs it tasted more like jarred pesto slaped on and cheese. Very disappointed since the other location on tbe beach we got real good pizza last year. Oh well.... We wont be ordering from this location.

The pizza wasn’t mind-blowing, but it was good, enjoyable floppy NY style pizza. You can’t go wrong with that. My impressions came from Forrest, the young man working the counter. In a world where customer service has largely gone the way of the dodo, this guy was a breath of fresh air. It was our first time, and he could not have been more generous or accommodating in his explanation. The smile never left his face, and he was genuinely interested in my family having a good experience. I wish the owner had been present so I could have praised the employee more meaningfully. Whatever Forrest makes, it doesn’t begin to compare with what he provides in return with that level of service. On his merits alone, five enthusiastic stars. If I wasn’t an out-of-towner, I would be a regular. I hope management sees this and rewards him accordingly.

I have gone twice now and tried there garden salad, the Mediterranean salad, the meatball hero sandwich and 2 different calzones. Everything is always fresh and tastes great. I am from NJ originally and it is hard to find a good Italian restaurant and this is now my go to in the area. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5
