Pizza Hut - Pompano Beach

I ordered a pizza at 10:50 PM, but it was never delivered. When I called to inquire, I got a recorded message saying they were closed, even though they don't close until midnight. I do not recommend ordering from this place.

I initially ordered my food and was told it would take 25-30 minutes. An hour later, I called the store to complain and ask for a discount, but the lady on the phone said no and insisted that my order was on the way. I won't be ordering from Pizza Hut again.

I am disappointed to report that this Pizza Hut location continues to underperform. The management seems untrained and unprofessional, and communication is a significant issue, as they struggle with English proficiency. One manager, Pirose, who primarily speaks Spanish, frequently misunderstands orders and often makes the wrong pizzas without taking responsibility for her errors. I was hoping she would have moved on by now, but unfortunately, she is still there, continuing to create issues. As a result of my ongoing negative experiences with this location, I find myself having to go to another Pizza Hut for my orders. The other manager, Maria, does not appear to provide any improvement either. It's hard to believe this is a corporate store; overall, it seems very poorly managed. I’d rate it an F.

Disappointed that this place has 2.7 stars when the feedback supports reasons for 0 stars! If you can avoid ordering from this location please do. I would rather make my own pizza from scratch than to deal with this unprofessional establishment. My pizzadelivery took forever and once my food arrived it was incorrect. I called the store to see what could be done and the young ladyon duty continued to hang up the phone on me. Seems to be ran by kids with horrible attitudes and management is no help.

Made an online delivery through the app. App said 1 hour delivery. Okay no problem. 1 hour rolls around, no update on delivery. 2 hours roll around, still no food. I tried calling the store. No answer. I called multiple times and still no answer. I neverreceived my food?and still was charged $37 for the order. Waiting on management to get back with me with a refund?.
