Panera Bread - Pompano Beach

I noticed a lack of training during my visit. I waited 15 minutes for a bagel to go, only to find it placed on a plate instead of being packaged properly. The cashiers also didn't seem to have much knowledge about the menu.

I ordered through DoorDash and was disappointed to find very little tuna on my sandwich. For the price we pay, I expected more than just bread with some salad and a few tomatoes. You really need to improve.

Sip Club offers excellent value with a monthly fee that allows access to all drinks at any time. They feature freshly baked goods available daily, and while the sandwiches are delicious, they can be a bit pricey.

I had an extraordinary BAD sandwich today, at the spinach. Is it even legal to use obviously spoiled greens and vegetables? The bread was also old and evil.

Runs very efficiently but it's a popular location and they tend to get very busy during lunch hours. They do their best though and consistently serve great tasting yet healthy food. Excellent customer service, Especially Khia. She is always helpful
