Mcdonald's - Pompano Beach

I have to say that the chicken sandwich was quite good. I also really enjoyed the strawberry banana smoothie. As for the cashiers, I believe they are putting in a lot of effort to improve their service.

We stopped here for a bathroom break and noticed that the restrooms were for customers only, requiring us to ask at the front register for access. The overall atmosphere felt a bit unsafe, and many tables were dirty despite the restaurant being quite empty. We ordered breakfast through their mobile app, which we received promptly, but we had to wipe our own table with our own sanitizer wipes. There were no open condiments, napkins, utensils, or drink counters; it appears you need to request these items. I wouldn't recommend dining in this establishment.

I visit this restaurant at least four times a week for coffee, and whenever I do order food, it’s always fresh, hot, and perfectly crispy. The interior is very clean and not overcrowded. The staff is also excellent.

Drive got my order wrong, and instead of correcting the issue staff had an attitude and said the difference would be 2 dollars extra due to their lack of understanding a simple order. Never again will dine at McDonald?s. Will be reporting the terribleservice to the management company and directly to McDonald?s. Manager Victoria is rude and unprofessional please train yourstaff to do better if their having a bad call out or don?t be customer facing. It?s people like Victoria the ?manager? that canreally tarnish an organization like McDonald?s.

3 times is a row they have my order wrong, even after it repeats and confirms my order several times. Whether I got my order wrong, they didn't put cheese on my sausage and cheese sandwich. And I waited at least 20 minutes for my order. I've been added for the extra items that they've been added for no reason. It should be just three things, and somehow they added a spicy McDouble and a regular McDouble. Get it together!
