Dunkin' - Pompano Beach

This is one of the best spots for breakfast! The restaurant is impeccably clean, and the service is excellent.

I've been to Dunkin’ Donuts locations throughout the city, and this one is definitely the worst I've ever encountered. The service is extremely poor, and the quality of both the drinks and food is disappointing. It's just coffee, after all. I was informed by someone who claimed to be in charge that "light cream" actually means "extra cream," which makes no sense. I won't be coming back to this location, and I recommend that others avoid it as well.

It's impressive that places like DD now offer vegan options and plant-based milk. I frequently visit this location because it's clean, well-stocked, and has excellent customer service. Kayla consistently greets customers with a smile, and that kind of friendly service is really valued these days. This spot is definitely a great choice for a quick stop!

DD has evolved to a complete coffee place with delicious variety of flavors, almond and soy milk. I also love their teas. I actually purchased a box of Chamomile Tea as a present. ??

It says online and on the store sign that they close at 9:30p.m but when I arrived at 8:30p.m the doors were locked and the employees just ignored me smh.
