Jack In The Box - Pomona

I really enjoy Jack in the Box, but they are often closed. It is convenient for me since I live nearby on Indian Hill Boulevard.

This restaurant is incredibly unhygienic. I went to pick up a Doordash order and was greeted by a homeless woman at the counter, muttering to herself, and two dirty pieces of clothing on the floor. The staff seemed unfazed by this. As I waited for my order, a homeless man came in and asked to use the restroom, only to be told it was out of order. When he didn't believe the employee, he was met with a blunt response. When my order was ready, another homeless woman approached me asking for money. This experience was so off-putting that I decided not to place any more orders from this restaurant for the rest of the day.

I'm not sure about the atmosphere inside. But the drive-thru seems to keep the line in the Drive-Thru moving. The employees have always been friendly as well as helpful. And I've been very pleased with their menu and prices not as unaffordable as most fastfood options out there. All around I give them a great rating again great employees obviously qualified to keep things movingfast hot and without attitude rather a smile.

Horrible the mexican doesn't speak english gets our order all wrong then she tells me she doesn't care.. The older mexican employee 15 minutes ago. We won't go back to this location. Bad bad service.

Whenever I visit this restaurant, the young staff members are very immature. They often make mistakes with orders and behave unprofessionally. Whenever I go inside and report a missing item, they accuse me of lying and insist that it was included in the bag. If they were more serious and focused, they could get the orders correct.
