Hospitality management students operated restaurant. The menu changes every quarter. Fine food at a reasonable price. It's pretty funny.

I was one of the fabulous students who run the restaurant in autumn 2008. The Restuarant has a great menu and weekly topics for lunch, dinner is a four-course steakhouse concept. All students and lecturers work very hard, provide a quality product and consistent service. Although there are failures that everyone should keep in mind, this is a class that students pay full tuiton to work in a restaurant for 6-9 hours a day, every day. Be ready. Weeks 3-5 are usually the best; the bends are worked out and everyone is still energetic.
