Someone said they had a GF experience here, but it doesn't have GF anymore. Nothing from the menu can be gluten-free except they carry GF Peroni.

This store sells “panzerotti”, which cheap sales are deep fried, resembles Calzones. I found myself in Polignano a Mare super hungry after I missed lunch, and stumbled into this place, hoping that I could find something gluten-free - in conversation with the hostess, I misunderstood their explanation and thought I was a record of simple tomatoes and mozzarella. So I was thrilled when they were a few minutes later with a special gluten-free tankotto, filled with tomato sauce and mozzarella. It was cooked in a separate fryer in the back and it was super delicious. I highly recommend it! c)

The classic Panzerotto (tomato mozzarella) is available glutenfree. They Fry it seperatly. It looks different as the normal ones but it is really nice to try!

They offer a gluten free panzerotto (mozarella and tomato sauce) which was fryed separately. Pity that they don’t offer more flavours, but I was very happy I found anything like this gf!
