Point Lonsdale Iga

Having recently quarantined for 14 days, several times we did, or were about to, run out of essentials. Phoning Point Lonsdale IGA to explain our position, twice they kindly obliged by delivering our small orders in a matter of hours after we placed our order online, outside of their scheduled delivery hours. We greatly appreciated their understanding of our position. Having recently returned to the area, it is this embrace of community service which makes us enjoy life in Lonnie even more. It can 't always happen but we consider ourselves lucky that PLIGA made that allowance. Service can only go so far, but we appreciate the value in 'paying a bit more ' for groceries if it means we develop a relationship with our 'local IGA '. Goodwill and kindness is a godsend. Thank you PLIGA for your impeccable 'unexpected ' service, which I trust you might look to expand in this ever-changing and variable climate. Best Wishes, Luke

Friendly staff, always have a smile for their customers. They work hard keeping everything stocked. Fresh fruit veggies are fantastic, always fresher than other supermarkets in our area. Gourmet selection excellent as well.

Very grateful for the help from the team today, especially Alison! A friendly, efficient and extremely kind lot who care about their customers. Produce is always extremely fresh too!
