I purchased food through the ‘Too good to go’ website, to receive food that hadn’t sold at the end of the day. I have found Staff very helpful regarding good Customer Care. I have since visited for a drink and found Staff friendly and polite.
The prices are too high and the hot food is terrible, I had a pasty ,it was burnt and had very little filling, the potato wedges were heated in the microwave, were dry and tasted like they had been hanging around for a while, the meat feast pizza slice was dry and overcooked and you feel like you are in a cattle market when being served.
A good place to eat , if you need a hot drink or an iced coffee, pasty or a cold wrap . You can sit and wait with a coffee while waiting for an appointment or take away and sit in the sun . Staff are friendly and helpful.
The West Country bakery chain, Warrens, is undergoing a restructuring, leading to the permanent closure of five branches in Plymouth this week, including the shop cafe in the city centre. Warrens has been consistently disappointing customers for a long time, facing increasing competition from other bakery cafes in the area. Several nearby bakery cafes have also closed within the last year.
