Just Like Mumma's - Plymouth

Love it here, its such a cosy little cafe. Their coffee cake is one of the best i've tried and their coffee is delicious too. A must try.

I visited Just Like Mumma’s stall at the Saltram House Christmas Festival. I opted for the pear and ginger sponge which was honestly the best cake I have had in a very long time and I would recommend anyone to have a slice! The ladies were so kind and have obviously worked very hard on providing fantastic quality cakes and other treats. We actually ended going back to the stall three times! I look forward to visiting the cafe soon.

Whenever my family visit us in the UK, they live in Atlanta, USA and Singapore and always look forward to a good pasty. I visited Just Like Mumma 's in Oreston to buy their superb home made pasties. On visiting their shop today I found that they 've recently relocated to Faraday Mill Business Park. I phoned them to see where they were in the Business Park and asked about their pasties. I found out that although they still offer a very wide range of home cooked food, unfortunately they no longer make those delicious pasties. What a pity, we personally found their pasties the best we, 'd tasted anywhere. Good luck to the team in their new location and I know they have their reasons for no longer making those lovely pasties. I 've just broken the news for my family so we 'll have to hunt once again for another supplier. Those pasties really were just like my mum made them long, long ago

Popped in for a coffee this morning with 2 colleagues the takeaway coffee was excellent and the bakewell was a dream. The welcome we received as each of us entered was really kind and thoughtful. If I'm in the area again I will definitely revisit. THANKYOU.

I visited this wonderful restaurant based on a friend's recommendation and it did not disappoint. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the selection of cakes and pastries was top-notch. I highly recommend trying the sausage rolls and bakewell tart - they were delicious. The coffee was also fantastic. I will definitely be returning soon.
