Fusion Cuisine - Plymouth

I've ordered from this amazing man several times, and as someone who has sampled every kind of Caribbean, African, and Congolese cuisine, I can confidently say his food is truly exceptional and authentic. The portions are generous, everything is tenderly cooked, and you can taste the love in every dish. It's simply fantastic overall! If you have specific spice preferences, just let him know, and he'll adjust accordingly. I can't recommend this place enough!

Our group shared the marinated goat kebab, the catch of the day (red mullet), and jerk wings, and everything was fantastic! The marinated goat was tender and practically fell off the bone, melting in your mouth. The jerk wings were flavorful, perfectly cooked, not greasy like some wings can be, and juicy on the inside. The red mullet was a whole fish, cooked to perfection, accompanied by rice and peas and generously drizzled with delicious Caribbean sauce. This place is easily the best Caribbean restaurant in Plymouth and ranks among my personal favorites. Treat your taste buds and make your way there for some incredible food at great prices. And as the owner says, peace and love!

Euten is not only an incredible chef, but also a wonderful person. The portions are generous, and the vegan dishes are simply outstanding—they truly blew us away. This is the best West Indian food I've ever had, and I've tried plenty of yard food! We enjoyed fried plantains (absolutely amazing), creamy sautéed sweet potatoes, coconut corn on the cob, and rice and peas. As a lovely gesture, he also prepared some ital vegetables with callaloo for us, which were incredibly delicious. This gem of a restaurant is right on the harbor front, so be sure not to miss it! The hot pepper sauce is to die for—a secret recipe that’s just exquisite. Thank you, Euten, you’re a legend—much respect!

My favorite place! Reminds me of my nannas cooking. Always amazing, healthy and well presented food. Uten the chef is always polite and talkative absolutely love to get my jerk chicken, rice and peas and to sit and talk to the staff.

This was without doubt the most cared for and concentrated effort I’ve had towards a meal at any waterfront on the south coast. Taste was spicy and joyful. And if you’re in Plymouth and haven’t eaten here what are you doing?
