Subway - Platte City

This particular subway showed excellence with there service speed and the bread was so fresh. They rolled out about 10 people in the minutes I was impressed

They were friendly and had amazing customer service. The store was so clean and oragnized this is now my go to subway. This is worth the 30 min drive!!!

I placed an order on the app around 5:30 in the evening, but then I received a call informing me that they were out of bread. They asked if I would like the sandwich on flatbread instead, but I declined. This is the second time this has happened. How does a sandwich shop run out of bread? I ended up canceling my order.

The food was excellent and the service was great. I have been coming to this restaurant for over 10 years and have never had any problems.

Many of the staff members at this restaurant are friendly. One employee in particular excels at remembering customers' favorite orders, especially after a few take-out visits. I haven't had to remind him how to prepare my sandwich in a while.
