Mcdonald's - Platte City

My fiance door dashed us some breakfast from this location a few days ago and we didn't end up getting everything he ordered but Maria was super nice and helpful. He called the store to inform them that we didn't receive everything we ordered and she told him if we went up there she would give us everything we ordered free of charge and ended up giving us extra to make up for having to come out there since the point of door dash is not having to go out. She was amazing and helpful and super polite.

Staff was fantastic and quick! We arrived as a group and they handled our orders very well. We are very grateful for them!

This location has the best playplace. The playground is huge, and some of the booths/tables have built in tablets. The service is great at this location too.

The food was ok. I had to wait a long time for a cup of coffee!

The career aged people who work here are amazing! I have nothing but good things to say about them. The food quality is good sometimes and my daughter loves the play room. The only problem I’ve been having is with the younger teenagers that just show absolutely no expression when they through me my meal. Get some happier people to do the drive thru! It makes a big difference for me. No one knows the exact extend a person being kind and friendly can positively impact a person/customer’s day.
