Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Platte City

Absolutely awful business practices are going on here. We ordered pumpkin pie blizzards for everyone in our vehicle. Spent over $40. We get to the highway and learn there are absolutely no pieces of pie crust (pie chips) so we called them and theywillfully told us they don?t have any in their warehouse or store. They did not tell us we were only paying for half theingredients. They charged $5 for a small that was literally ice cream. They are stealing from people. By the time people know itthey are back on the highway with angry screaming kids! When I called to complain I was told by ?Ian? that ?you need tounderstand, these are high school kids?? I don?t care if they are elementary school, you don?t make up excuses and brush it off!

They don't serve burgers no Grill they have hot dogs lady on the drive-thru was very nice

The lunch crew during the week are a good crew! Sure hope they are being paid well! My food is always hot and fresh they are very polite and get the food done asap even if they are swamped. It's kind of nice to have friendly courteous young kids workingso hard every day. Give me a little hope!

Perfect ratio of hot fudge to ice cream in my sundae. All of the staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. I will definitely be stopping by again.
