Red Lobster - Plantation

Half Dozen Cheddar Bay Biscuits were old. Smelled and taste old. As if they've been in the box for days.

The food was interesting, but too much salt... the cocktail? ?

Got there on a weekday and it was a bit of a wait about 25mins or so but once we got seated I noticed it really wasn't crowded at all. This location seemed to be understaffed, the waitress we had was training someone but I noticed there wasn't any batbacks helping at all...dirty dishes and cups were stacked up on the bar and tables... Servers were trying to do both.... honestly I was a bit shocked to see this place in this condition. Because of the manning issues it took a while just to get water and bread at our table and the food took about another 20+ minutes to get to us. The food quality was fine and the server was very nice and polite but was being stretched to where she couldn't be as attentive as I would like (waiting a bit for another glass of water)

The Worst Red Lobster ever!!! I tried it again after being disappointed the last time and here I go again after speaking to a Manager and they promised me better service! I guess the joke was on me! Only go here if you wanna see a bunch of Hostess playing around no Customer Service, The food was cold and dry after spending almost 1 hour longer waiting (More than my promised time) and on top of that When I did call to complain kept getting put on Hold!! I?m sorry tear down this location at make it something worth wild!!! I use to spend a lot of money in this place and Go here all the time!!! Red Lobster in Plantation you Win!!! Because you lost my entire Family for the Last time after Tonight!!! I would have rather eaten at Burger King!!!!!!

Ladies and gentlemen this Red Lobster has the BEST WAITRESS her name is Karen everyone that is thinking about coming to Red Lobster has to ask for Karen she made my experience wonderful I want to come here every day because of her. What an experience that I had especially due to my waitress. You asked me if she's made the food taste good.
