The servers do not wear gloves, and the cashier was quite rude. If you don't enjoy your job, perhaps it's time to consider a different line of work instead of taking it out on customers.

The Boston Market in Plantation is excellent! The food is delicious! The restaurant is clean, and the service is quick and precise. I truly appreciate the quality of the cooking. I highly recommend this place to everyone. You'll love it—give it a try!

Although the food was good, the service from the tall staff member with the braid and the cash register was disappointing. Thankfully, the bald guy with the friendly demeanor made the experience a bit better. This location, directly across from Broward Mall, really needs to improve its service! It's frustrating that they don't display employee names at the front. Franchise owners should hire people who genuinely want to be there, rather than just showing up for a paycheck!

Excellent home cooked food! The chicken pieces are small, but the taste is excellent and you get two sides. The chicken is moist and delicate. In addition to the 10% discount as an elderly person, on the following Saturday after your purchase, you have the opportunity to use your reception to get a BOGO! You can't beat that!

Love Boston market and always enjoy them but my last order from this place was a disgrace. First and last time I order from here. $42 on Food and it was cold and spilled in all in the bag. Missing some items including my drink. I even called the store and they could care less and dismissed me. Definitely need to look into the way this place is managed. Told me to call the delivery service. Helloooo.. i bought the food from your restaurant. Have some pride in what you do if not get out of the business. I?ve purchased so many times from other locations and this one is by far the worst ever. I will let all of my friends and anyone that listens that this store is the worst. Avoid it.
