Nest Burger - Plano

The burger I had was definitely one of the best I've experienced. The fries were crispy and perfectly seasoned, and the customer service was friendly. However, the restaurant itself was a bit dirty, and the kitchen didn’t seem very clean. The cooks also didn’t look too tidy, which makes me question their hygiene practices. Despite this, I’m willing to give this place another chance because the food is fantastic.

The fries were tasty, though they didn't have any flair or uniqueness. The burger had a homemade look, which was nice, but it was a bit messy because the cook didn't account for the inevitable overflow that tends to dilute the sauce. The chicken sandwich was crispy and much more satisfying, especially since it had extra ingredients, including the cheese that I had opted to leave off the burger. There are some logistical challenges due to the location, but that shouldn't deter a family from stopping by to grab a treat for everyone on the way home after a hectic day at work.

The burger was average—nothing bad, but nothing remarkable either. The fries were good, but the patty was undercooked and still red on the inside. There was a sign on the door advertising a menu deal, so we ordered two meals, but were given a different price. When we inquired about it, we were told that the deal had expired. Overall, it wasn't the best experience in terms of customer service.

Finally tried this place out after hearing so many good reviews and can happily say I have no regrets! Would come back again. Although the place is a bit run down the food was definitely pleasing. They have a nice variety of burger options as well assides, drinks, a kid's menu, and even vegetarian choices. They were even able to arrange a lettuce wrapped burger to replace thebuns. The fries also had a nice seasoning on them which was a nice add on.
