Nekter Juice - Plano

My ten-year-old and I loved this place. You could say the ingredients were very fresh. The staff was polite and made our order perfect. This will now be our place for healthy snacks.

I recently discovered this shop and absolutely love to come for a healthy treat that is plentiful in beautiful ingredients. The PB

The employee couldn't hear me when I walked to pick up my order because she scrolled in the back on her phone. My pickup job wasn't ready and they weren't busy. What really triggered the negative rating is that after putting off her germ-filled phone she didn't wash her hands. She put on gloves to make my turmeric shot, but the health guidelines require food service workers to wash their hands always. Sanitation is a consistent problem with Nekter.

Lady with gray hair (owner I believe? is very rude and seriously lacked in customer service. You and the staff won? hallo/ we will be with you? etc. when you get in, you will simply be ignored. The staff seems upset to serve you, probably a trick from the bad attitude of the owner. Not what you hope of a place that serves $9 smoothies.

The juice drinks are consistently good but the staff is consistently unfriendly. It?s like im a burden to order something from them. Really need to work on customer service here.
