La Madeleine French Bakery Cafe - Plano

My husband and I wanted to share our experience here. We have been coming here for last 5 years. Ms.Angelica has always been a great , passionate, gentle and attentive person. She deserves the recognition. The foods we enjoy are the pesto pasta , chicken Cesar salad and potato soup. I recommend this place to everyone.

Staff were friendly and food was a expected from any other la Madeleine. First time having the French Onion Soup and it was 80% onions and the rest actual broth. It was warm at best and the cheese barely melted, would not recommend that one.

My first time at a La Madeleine- which all my Texan colleagues found pretty amusing. Fast casual. Nice attention to detail in decor and atmosphere. Warm and cozy. The menu was limited, but fresh. Salads made fresh, to order. You walk through a cafeteria line to pick your foods as you go, then seat yourself. Lots of seating and different spaces, so you didn’t get overwhelmed by bodies or too much noise. A quick option if you are in a hurry with enough charm to sit and visit for a bit. There were several lovely looking desserts- I’m going to have to return and try them all.
