Kfc - Plano

Horrible product. I have ordered Tenders Box including 2 sauces. They packed the bag without keeping the Sauces inside. And the chicken tenders are of low quality. I suggest not to order food here.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! KFC IS PRICE GOUGING CHICKEN! I WENT THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU AND ORDERED A SPECIAL FROM ONLINE THAT WAS FOR $30. I GOT TO THE WINDOW TO PAY AND THEY CHARGED ME $48+ I TOLD THEM ABOUT IT AND I WAS TOLD THEY DO NOT HONOR ANY SPECIALS FROM ONLINE. THEN THE YOUNG MAN STANDING AT THE WINDOW STARTS MAKING OFF THE WALL WEIRD COMMENTS. AGAIN DO NOT GO HERE. THEY ROB YOU AT THE DRIVE THRU AND THEN LAUGH ABOUT!! RIDICULOUSNESS!

This chicken is horrible and is not even cheap is oily, no flavor at all!!!! I don't know why people still eating that!!!

I would not recommend this particular KFC location. Either their oil is old and/or they deep fry their products for too long. The very first time I tried this place in 2021 was alright. I really liked their fries even though disappointed they no longer sold wedge fries. Chicken was ok and I like their chicken pot pies. But then every single trip there afterwards the fries are way too cooked and basically obliterated. And the chicken is off too. This area is basically chicken fast food central so unless you absolutely have to have bad KFC dishes (besides the chicken pot pie *chef's kiss* then I would try the other spots. Chik Fil A is right across the street. Behind Chik Fil A in almost the same plaza is Popeyes. Across the intersection from them is Raising Cane's nearby Walmart. Go somewhere else. Also, if you want chicken pieces done right, try out Jollibee on Preston road. Their chicken is fantastic every time. Also the gravy is like crack!

Finally found Original chicken here! The KFC I usually go to hasn't had any the last 3 trips over a couple months. I was beginning to think crispy had taken over the world.
