Five Guys - Plano

I hate to say it but the two black women that were working today gave off an unpleasant energy. Especially the heavier set one that was making my burger. Every time I looked up from looking at my phone she was staring at me as if she had a problem with me, I don't know her and so I'm not sure why she was staring me down like she had an issue. I didn't feel like I was in Frisco or Plano, I felt like I was in the hood some where. I read the reviews afterwards and realized they are doing this to multiple customers. Try smiling and staring at the food that you are making, also the burger was kind of cold.

Every visit to this FG location is great! Service is alway fast and friendly. The store is always clean, even during the lunch rush. The food is always hot and fresh. I've been here multiple time and never have had an issue.

I haven't been to a five guys in a while! I forgot how expensive it is. I had a double bacon cheeseburger with fries and a drink. 25 bucks!! They always give you SO MANY fries. So if you want some order a small size. The burger meat was cooked perfectly but the cheese that was put on it was still cold when I was eating it. If you want to spend 25 bucks for a burger come here.

We walked in at 9:20 pm and the girl who was sweeping appeared annoyed and looked at us with a bad attitude That was so rude !!!! Otherwise food was good

They have for sure gotten cheap on the fries. We ordered a regular, 6.50 and received what would be equivalent to a happy meal fries!!! Super disappointed in the price for what you get. There was less than 20 fries in the small cup- Fricken joke for 6.50! I haven't been to Five guys in a long time, I won't be back.
