Chick-fil-a - Plano

Hair in my spicy chicken sandwich and the same sandwich was just a fat piece of chicken tendon. Additionally, we had to go inside for our drink straws, sauces, and napkins. Guess it wasn't their pleasure today.

Started by me waiting in the drive through for 2 minutes before someone came to the intercom to answer my seemingly endless “hello?” Attempts.Then I ordered the food and got a “is that all? Pull around”Finally to get my food that tastes old and unlike anything I’ve had from a Chick-fil-A before. The chicken was soggy and spongey, not crispy. The eggs tasted like powder eggs, and the tortilla was so hard that it was comical to eat.I felt like I had gotten a burrito from a gas station.. but after looking at the other reviews. It appears I’m at the right place, and indeed not a gas station.Gross. I won’t be back.

I gave it a shot, but honestly, I wasn't impressed. It wasn't anything special, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The food was quite average.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant on Sunday. A young man named Jamal treated me poorly. As a deaf person, I communicated through notes, and while he was taking my order, he shared my situation with his co-workers, and they all started staring at me. Jamal even shook his head as if to say "no." I felt disrespected simply because of my hearing impairment. This behavior is unacceptable and shameful.
