It was a very nice place. the personal was nice. they had a lot of baked were for choice. what I chose, I didn't like much because it was sweet for me. I'm going back and I'm trying to get others.

The selection and quality of their products are exceptional. we are already customers, but what really drove me to this review is the beautiful and tasty birthday cake for my wife. that's worth it. Chocolate wingcake.

Once I tasted the trial cakes for my wedding, I immediately called both the baker and the front store and left messages that it was a go…almost 3 weeks away. I waited over a week not hearing back. Finally I get a message saying I better let them know immediately to reserve it. I told them about my multiple messages and instead of giving me benefit of doubt and apologizing, I got told, “we check our messages! Besides that’s neither here nor there!” Yes it is! When I gave ample n immediate notice to reserve the day then told I didn’t and I better hurry now or I may not get it if I didn’t respond immediately, it very much was a significant point as the rush is NOT my fault! Also, I paid almost $800 for a plain white cake with pistachio in 1 layer, lemon raspberry in 2nd and almond amaretto on top, and a few small sugar flowers, 1 on each layer. I gave a wooden ladder painted and with a boy n girl figurine…girl to be on top edge of cake, boy on top rung leaning to kiss me. The girl was tipped over on her stomach like she tripped n face planted into the icing. The boy was down a few rungs leaning in to kiss the cake, nowhere near me. People were wondering WtH it meant. As delicious as cake was, it was not a peaceful work customer relationship and not enough attention to all details. And, obviously no communication between staff n baker nor baker checking customer messages. Not a good experience for me, I’m sorry to say.
