Excellent coffee and the best ice cream in Piran The only restaurant on Tartini Square that also makes its own desserts. Sacher cake is better than in Wien Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Mestna Kavarna is the best coffee shop in Piran. They serve the best coffee Julius Meinl premium 1862. They also have very good sweets and ice cream. The staff is very professional and friendly. I reccomend this coffee shoop Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
