Hardee's - Piney Flats

I ordered a large hot ham and cheese sandwich along with a large chicken sandwich, but what I received were the tiniest sandwiches I've ever seen. I'm really disappointed.

I paid extra for the chili cheese blowers, but there was less than a teaspoon of chili on them. I could see a tiny amount, so I know they didn't forget, but these definitely aren’t what I’d call chili cheeseries. While I was waiting for my food, the staff moved at a painfully slow pace. However, they were very friendly and the food was fresh, so I’ll give them 3 stars.

I have breakfast there 3 to 5 times a week, and I really enjoy their biscuits and gravy along with fried eggs.

Food ok. But the manager is rude and hateful even after a few attempts to be jovial with her. I told her she could keep all my coupons because I?ll not need them. This broad needs customer service training from your Boones Creek store. I might give food another shot but once a place has established with me that they REALLY wish I?d gone elsewhere, I do.

Friendly employees, and quick service for what we ordered. The Beyond meat is cooked fresh to order so takes a little longer than the normal items but they made sure everything was super fresh!
