Truck was out at the job today. I just got the Pork Sandwich and the Mac Cheese. Everything was very good and filling. Friendly service. Made some jokes and made some small talk. Always nice to see someone happy doing what they do!HAHAHA! Thanks for the response :

We setup up for the truck to cater our neighborhood block party , and it was a complete success , everyone thoroughly enjoyed the food . He went what I consider above and beyond to assure our party was perfect from his stand point , and he delivered , I will be using him again and I recommend you do as well ..

Cancelled one hour before the event with basically no reason. Said needed pre orders when no minimum pre order was discussed or requested. It’s a food truck. People walk up and order. That’s the point. Would NOT trust booking with this truck if you want someone reliable to show up.

Cheap quality bbq. Fat and bone mixed in with the pulled pork. Don't schedule for you events. They showed up an hour late for one and cancelled the next one. Not that I was going to order food as I knew better from two prior experiences from the food truck.

I recently had the chance to try this BBQ at a food truck event for my job, and I had high hopes. Unfortunately, I was let down. I ordered the smoked pulled chicken plate, which came with smoked mac & cheese and smoked baked beans. To my surprise, none of the food on my plate had a smoked flavor. The mac & cheese was decent, but it was excessively oily; I used four napkins to soak up the surplus oil, and there was still quite a bit left. The baked beans were just average, and the pulled chicken tasted more like boiled chicken—completely lacking in flavor and seasoning. The small cup of BBQ sauce they provided wasn't even enough for the chicken. After waiting 30 minutes in the hot sun and paying $16 for this plate, I was really disappointed.
