Mountain Sage - Pine Mountain Lake

The place was cute and the drinks were pretty good but the cashier was so rude to all of my friends who ordered, going as far as to yell because we misheard her. She was talking so fast and very condescending. Overall experience was ruined because of it, wouldn’t recommend.

Was in town with a few friends and decided to visit a well-reviewed coffee shop nearby. Instead we were met with hostility and shortness from the woman behind the counter. A generator was loud causing communication errors in ordering. This provoked the worker to respond in an attitude and condescending tone when we couldn't hear her. Never place reviews but this led me to.

Really great coffee and lovely vibe and moody atmosphere! Especially in the fall!

It's the best coffee place I have been to. They are welcoming and won't bother your presence even if you do not purchase a coffee.

DO NOT be deceived by the high reviews as we were. Flies in the food shelf, everything was pre-made and over heated in the microwave. Average coffee, off milk and rude service. Was told off by the server as we sat at a reserved table that didn’t have a reserved sign. Beautiful gardens, but did not make up for the experience. All for supporting local businesses but not this one.
