Best grinder sandwich I've ever had, and they even had a gluten-free flatbread that was amazing. Great food and a really friendly staff.

Such a bad experience with customer service with them. They accused us of lying and lied themselves and said they saw us load in food that we didn't end up getting. We loved this place and now our families will never visit this place again. How unfortunate and rude.

I'm not from the area, but I stopped by because I was having my windshield fixed and needed a place to wait. The owners were incredibly welcoming, allowing us to stay even though the restaurant was packed. They mentioned that they are new owners who recently took over the restaurant. We ordered some tea and then, about an hour and a half later, decided to order food. The food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. Everyone was kind and very accommodating. I will definitely come back if I'm in the area again.

I have been here a few times and crave the New York Grinder. I had one on the waitresses recommendation and boy am i hooked. The regular size sandwich is enough for 2 meals. Wait staff has always been professional and nice.

While it may not be the most affordable option, the food is quite good. I ordered the chicken parmigiana, which came with some excellent fresh bread. I've also enjoyed the roast beef au jus, and the portions are generous. The atmosphere is average, but the service is friendly and courteous, even if it isn't the fastest. If you're heading there for lunch, be mindful that you might not get back to work on time!
